KAUAI ELEMENTS

I feel truly blessed to call the magical island of Kaua‘i my home. After traveling the globe, I’ve come to realize that nowhere else compares to Kaua‘i and her incredible spirit, which is a part of me and everything I do.

I was born and raised here on the island’s lush North Shore. My mother is a full blooded Native Tahitian, and my father, who is from the mainland, chose this verdant paradise for my childhood playground and our family’s home. As a youth I took advantage of the opportunity to explore Native Hawaiian spirituality, Indian chanting, music and the art of handcrafting traditional Hawaiian sailing canoes. Growing up with Polynesian roots has given me a unique perspective of the world, a strong connection to the natural environment and a deep appreciation for my culture.

Today I am an avid surfer, sailor and musician. I feel very fortunate, as the things I do for fun are also what I do for work. Through sailing excursions, surf lessons and luau ceremonies, I am honored to share our local Hawaiian customs and culture with our visitors. Let me show you why the Garden Island is so special and share with you the very best Kauai has to offer.
